When you use services from Dent Kings Mobile, you acknowledge that you've read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, you shouldn't use our services. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Dent Kings Mobile.

2. Service Agreement and Consent

When you request and confirm a service appointment with Dent Kings Mobile, you're entering into an agreement for the specific repairs or maintenance. All work our technicians perform is done with your explicit consent. Before starting any work, our technicians will discuss the proposed repairs, estimated costs, and get your approval. Your verbal or written authorization to proceed with the work means you understand and accept the services to be done.

3. No Refund Policy; All Work Final

Please note that all payments for services provided by Dent Kings Mobile are non-refundable. Once a service has been completed and payment processed, the transaction is considered final. We aim for the highest quality of work and customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of mobile repair services, the labor involved, and the immediate application of our expertise, we have a strict no refund policy for services rendered. This policy applies to all completed repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance services.

4. Pricing and Payment

We'll communicate our service pricing to you before any work begins. Payment is due in full upon completion of the services. We accept various payment methods, including Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, checks, cash, major credit and debit cards, Bitcoin, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Failure to pay on time may result in late fees or collection efforts as allowed by law.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To help us deliver our services efficiently and effectively, you agree to:

 * Provide accurate and complete information about your vehicle's issues.

 * Ensure a safe and accessible environment for our technicians to work.

 * Be present or have an authorized representative available at the scheduled service time.

 * Remove any personal belongings or valuables from the vehicle before service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dent Kings Mobile won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or use, arising from or connected with our services. Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms or our services won't exceed the amount you paid for the specific services that caused the claim.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating to these Terms or our services will be resolved through [e.g., binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, or through the courts located in Alameda County California ].

9. Repair Approval and Quality Assurance

Before you pay, all completed repair work will be presented for your review and approval. Payment for services is due only once you're satisfied and explicitly approve the completed repairs.

We always strive for high-quality workmanship and employ skilled technicians. If you choose not to replace a part, or request a repair method that differs from our professional advice, we'll perform the work to the best of our ability given your instructions. While we aim for excellent results, it's important to understand that in such cases, the outcome might not be absolutely perfect due to the nature of working with existing components or non-standard methods. We'll still complete the repair with care and professionalism, to the highest feasible standard
